Nesting Doll

The Nesting Doll meditation enables you to see inside yourself and others with greater clarity.  After you give your emotions the chance to calm in the beginning of the meditation, you focus on you as you are — positives, negatives and all.  This is healing and our data shows helps to promote positive mood through embracing wholeness.  After the focus on yourself, you are invited to bring an image of a loved one into your heart and hold it there, experiencing what you imagine they experience on the inside.  You also engage with a contemplation on how they experience you.  For some, this is the first time they have ever engaged with such a deep perspective shift.  For others — even who have done the meditation hundreds of times, the meditation helps to reset them out of fixed patterns of behavior so that they can increase their intimacy and joy.
