The Fern Hill Center operates http://www.fernhillcenter.org and http://www.fernhillcenter.com (the “site”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information We Collect From Visitors

Other Information
We also collect information that you voluntarily provide to us through responses to surveys, polling, questionnaires, and the like. FHC uses security methods to determine the identity of its registered users so that appropriate rights and restrictions can be enforced for that user. Reliable verification of user identity is called authentication. FHC uses both passwords and usernames to authenticate users. Users are responsible for maintaining their own passwords.
We regularly update our technology to help protect your personal information. However, such precautions do not guarantee that our Web site is invulnerable to all security breaches. 4. Your Privacy Choices
When you complete Registration of your Profile, you will have the choice to opt-in to receiving recurring informational/promotional e-mails from FHC. You may opt-out from receiving these e-mails at any time. You can unsubscribe from such e-mails very easily by sending an email with the subject unsubscribe to admin@fernhillcenter.org. FHC will then unsubscribe you from receiving such e-mails.
5. Updating Your Personal Information and Contacting FHC
You can also contact us in order to change your preferences or delete your personal information that you have provided us by e-mailing us at admin@fernhillcenter.org.
6. Children’s Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. You should be aware that this Site is not intended or designed to be used by children under the age of 13 except under the supervision of a parent. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we actually know is a child under the age of 13 and advise all children to use the site under parental guidance.
7. Changes To This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of April 5, 2020 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically.
