Situation Solver
The Situation Solver guided imagery practice invites you to grapple with a challenging interpersonal situation, one that may arouse your emotions and at times seem to possess your mind. In the contemplation, you look from your own perspective, that of the other person, and situate the challenge within the location and time it took place. It slows the situation down in your mind to help you understand the stress points that caused the situation to go as it did. An emphasis is on understanding intentions, not only behaviors.
